Son Of Sardaar movie was a big hit when it was released in 2012. After almost 12 years, makers are geared up for Son Of Sardaar 2 movie and now the film is officially in the making. Ajay Devgn himself took to social media and confirms that Son Of Sardaar 2 shooting begins in United Kingdom.

Son Of Sardaar will be majorly shot in United Kingdom and only few portions will be shot in India. The first film was entirely shot in Punjab. Talking about the starcast, this film will feature Ajay Devgn, Vindu Dara Singh, Arjan Bajwa and many others. This time Sanjay Dutt will not be a part of this film as his UK visa has been rejected due to his previous criminal record. So, in this film, Sanjay Dutt will be replaced by Ravi Kishan. Will Sonakshi Sinha going to be a part of Son Of Sardaar 2 is still a mystery to solve. Son Of Sardaar had a cameo of Salman Khan too and we hope he will again do a cameo in this film too.

The story of Son Of Sardaar 2 will be followed from the first film ending. That means, SOS2 will be a continuity from the first film. Son Of Sardaar 2. SOS2 will be directed by Vijay Kumar Arora.

Son Of Sardaar 2 budget will be bigger as it will be mostly shot in UK. It looks like, SOS2 budget will be reportedly around 80 to 90 crores maximum. SOS2 shooting started from August 2024 and the film expected to released by the end of 2025. I personally feel that, the makers will go for a Diwali or Christmas release in 2025. This film will be co-produced by Kumar Mangat Pathak. It will be produced by Ajay Devgn, Jyoti Deshpande, NR Pachisia, and Pravin Talreja.

Ajay Devgn’s film Son Of Sardaar 2 trailer may release in the first week of October as Diwali is on October 20. If the film releases in Christmas than the trailer will be released in first week of December 2025.
