Akshay Kumar’s Toilet Ek Prem Katha has witnessed a big growth in the second weekend. And, it looks like this film will going to become Akshay’s highest grossing film. Till now, Toilet Ek Prem Katha has completed 9 days at the box office.

Released in over 3000 screens, Toilet Ek Prem Katha did a massive business at the box office with a collection of 96 crores. Interestingly, Toilet Ek Prem Katha has got good screen hold even in the second week, where it has 2500 screens. On the 8th day, Toilet Ek Prem Katha has raked 4 crores which make the total of 100 crores. On the 9th Day, Akshay’s latest film has able to earn a sum of 6.25 crores, which makes the overall total to 106 crores. From second Friday to second Sunday, this film has witnessed a 60 percent growth.

Now the question arises here, will it become Akshay’s highest-grossing film of all time? The answer is Yes, this film will definitely break all his previous records and become his highest grosser. His highest earning film is Rowdy Rathore which collected around 131 crores when it was released in 2012.

Surprisingly, it is Akshay Kumar’s 5th 100 crores movie in continuity from 2016 till 2017. The other films are Airlift, Houseful 3, Rustom, Jolly LLB 2, which released earlier this year.

Altogether, Toilet Ek Prem Katha is going to become his biggest hit of Akshay’s career.
