Sooryavanshi is the latest Hindi film which has released in cinema theaters on November 5, 2021. The watch time of this action thriller film is around 2 hours 25 minutes.
Story: The story of this film revolves around Anti Terrorism Squad chief Akshay Kumar aka Veer Pratap Sooryavanshi. As per the story, in 1993, 1 ton RDX had been brought to Mumbai and only 400 kg RDX has been used in Mumbai blasts 1993 and still 600 kg RDX has been hided somewhere by terrorist Bilal played by Kumud Mishra. Here, Bilal works for Lashkar Chief Jackie Shroff aka Umar Haafiz, who was the mastermind behind Mumbai Blasts 1993. Now, 27 years have been passed by and Haafiz’s son Riyaaz has been arrested by Sooryavanshi. Angered by his son arrest, Haafiz sent Bilal back to India after 27 years to used those RDX drugs to create havoc again by doing another major blasts in Mumbai. Will, Veer Pratap Sooryavanshi able to arrest Bilal and Haafiz and save Mumbai from Blasts is what this story is all about.
This film also stars Katrina Kaif aka Riya (Sooryavanshi’s wife), Ajay Devgn aka Singham, Ranveer Singh aka Simbaa, Gulshan Grover aka Kader Usmani, Jaaved Jaaferi aka Joint CP Kabir Shroff, Abhimanyu Singh, Sikandar Kher and many others.
The early reviews of Sooryavanshi movie is out and they are highly positive in a range of 3 to 3.5 stars out of 5 stars.
Bollywood Crazies Opinion: The first 30 minutes of this movie has paced this film very well. The entry scene of Akshay Kumar is one of his best followed by huge action scenes in Jaisalmer. The film later turns a bit slow due to scenes between Akshay and Katrina’s love related scenes. The film again back on track in the second half and the last 20 minutes are filled with Nonstop actions just after the entry of Ajay Devgn And Ranveer Singh. The screenplay is good and engaging too. The story is simple and you can understand it easily which is a good sign. The background score is amazing and the songs are also pretty catchy. Tip Tip Barsa Paani is a good and entertaining song to watch in the theatrers. The story is nothing new but presented well by director Rohit Shetty. The cinematography is good which adds up to the story. Talking about performance, Akshay Kumar’s character did shine in this movie. The dialogue delivery by Katrina Kaif is equally good. Overall, Sooryavanshi is an entertaining film with lot of high octane action scenes, which has been performed well by action director Sunil Rodriguez. Ranveer Singh and Ajay Devgn entry in the mid of second half has lift the movie quite well and ended this film on a high note.
Directed by Rohit Shetty, this film have been produced by Hiroo Yash Johar, Aruna Bhatia, Karan Johar, Apoorva Mehta, and Rohit Shetty. The cinematography has been done by Jomon T John and the editing work has been done by Bunty Nagi. The musical score has been given by Amar Mohile and S Thaman.
Sooryavanshi movie budget hasn’t been revealed yet by the makers but it would reportedly be around 160 to 170 crores.
Altogether, Sooryavanshi is a highly engaging and entertaining film that audience will love to watch.
