Akshay Kumar, Ajay Devgn and Ranveer Singh starrer Sooryavanshi was actually released on November 5, 2021 on Diwali and turned out to be the highest grossing Bollywood film of the calendar year. After almost 2 months of its actual release, it is now re-releasing in Gujarat belt on the occasion of Makar Sankranti.

A big festival needs big release but none of the big films are releasing due to omicron scare and that’s why Sooryavanshi movie is getting back to theaters for this auspicious occasion. This film will be releasing in Gujarat in 30 plus non-national multiplexes. In Surat, four theaters are showcasing Sooryavanshi from January 14 to January 16.

Earlier, Sooryavanshi got a big release in November and it has minted around 196 crores plus collections in lifetime. It will add few lakhs more due to its re-run at the box office.

Directed by Rohit Shetty, Sooryavanshi was the first big release post-lockdown and turned out to a massive success for Indian audience. This film has received enormous love and appreciation from fans and worked in theaters till over 50 days. Despite getting its premiere on Netflix on December 2, 2021, this film still remains strong in the box office. Sooryavanshi collections was almost fade out after the release of Spiderman: No Way Home and Pushpa on 16 and 17 on December.

Sooryavanshi movie also stars Katrina Kaif, Tiger Shroff, Jaaved Jaaferi, Kumud Mishra, Sikandar Kher and many others.
