Padman movie has lost its big hold at the box office and now it is struggling for collection in the second weekend. This film has witnessed nearly 80 percent drop in the collection as compared to its first day.
The big reason for the drop is clashes of various films like Padmaavat, Aiyaary, and Black Panther. Well, it has just earned 2.10 crores at the box office on day 8 and takes the total to 64.97 crores. In the first week, Padman collection was 62.87 crores.

Padman has collected 22.50 crores ($ 3.50 million) in its first week in the overseas market, where this film was released on 600 screens. It has now made a 103 crores worldwide total in one week.
The subject of this film is very important, which talks about Sanitary pad issues in India. According to a speech of Arunachalam Muruganantham in 2012, only 7 percent of women are using sanitary pads during their periodic cycle.
Directed by R Balki, this film stars Akshay Kumar, Radhika Apte and Sonam Kapoor in key roles. Made with a budget of around 20 crores, this film is already in a profitable position. But the bad news is, it will earn less and less in the days to come due to big competition at the box office.
