Bollywood director Sabbir Khan is getting ready for one of his biggest project till date. Yes, he is being approached by Salman Khan to direct Dabangg 3.

Earlier this year, Salman Khan revealed that Arbaaz has no interest in directing the third part of the movie. So that clearly means that they are scouting for the director for Dabangg 3. Even there was news that Prabhudeva will be rope for the direction but there were no official confirmations. And the latest buzz is that Heropanti director Sabbir Khan will be given this opportunity to direct Bhaijaan in his next.

Talking about the same to Mumbai Mirror, Sabbir Khan said, “Yes, I’ve started working on a plan for Dabangg 3 but I can’t say anything until the paperwork is finalised. I am in talks and am really happy that I was one of directors selected to work on the final script. I plan to catch up on my reading. Travelling makes me write better. I’m hoping to return with an entertaining plot for Chulbul Pandey.”

Sabbir Khan also revealed that how Salman Khan and his family has helped him over the years. He added, “Bhai then encouraged me to pursue a career in films against my father’s wishes. My dad slapped me when I suggested it. Those days, 18-20 assistants were queuing up to work with David Dhawan, and Bhai got me a break as an AD. He gave wings to my dreams. He was filming for Patthar Ke Phool then and would skate around Bandra after pack-up.Whenever he spotted me, he’d stop and we would eat chocolates together.”

Altogether, it would be interesting to see Salman Khan in Dabangg 3.
