Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput has left the world on June 14 by hanging himself from the ceiling fan. Since than, his loyal fans demanded a CBI inquiry as they feel that there is some foul play in this case. Reacting to it, Mumbai Police assures his fans that they are checking every possible angle in this case.
In a statement from Mumbai Police, “Bandra police has recorded statements of 27 people so far in the #SushantSinghRajput‘s death case. We’ve got his detailed post-mortem report & doctors have clearly mentioned asphyxia due to hanging as cause of his death: Abhishek Trimukhe, Dy Commissioner of Police (DCP). #Mumbai”
Even many prominent personalities demanded a CBI inquiry in this case including Shekhar Suman and Kangana Ranaut.
On the professional front, Sushant’s last film Dil Bechara is set to release on Disney Hotstar on July 24, which also stars Sanjana Sanghi and Saif Ali Khan.
Altogether, it is a good thing that Mumbai Police is doing its investigation in this case in a detailed way. Atleast, fans will finally get to know the problem their star had faced before commiting suicide.
