A big chance is being witnessed in Odia Cinema with the release of their new film Daman. Though, the film has released in Odisha on November 4 but after the robust growth the film released in Pan-India level from November 11, 2022 onwards.

Daman movie has seen limited released in big cities across India but still it is going almost houseful to houseful at major circuits. If we talk about Mumbai, it still has 3 shows, In Delhi- it has two shows. In Hyderabad, it has 6 shows and most of them are 70 to 80 percent houseful. In Chennai, there is only one show and that too is 65 percent houseful. In Kolkata and Ahmedabad, this film holds 1 show each. In Bengaluru, Daman holds 9 shows and most of them are almost sold out.

This is the 7th day for Daman in Pan-India level and the collections are really blowing up. Well, the film will loose few screens from Friday onwards due to new releases. Still, Daman will strongly go into second week and it will surely cross a 1 month run in Pan-India level.

Daman collects 35K on day 1, it again collects 1 lakh on day 2 and 2 lakhs on day 3. On Monday, it earned 1.30 lakh and on day 5, it scored 1.2 lakhs. On Day 6, Daman scored reportedly around 1.40 lakhs and took the six days total around 7.25 lakhs. On Day 7, Daman has a strong chance to score big in collections in a range of 1.30 lakhs to 1.80 lakhs, if that happens than the 7 days overall total will be in a range of 8.55 lakhs to 9.05 lakhs.

There is a big update too about Daman movie, as Babushaan Mohanty has left to Mumbai for its Hindi dubbing and the movie is being planned to release in Hindi version at around 400 to 500 screens.

Altogether, Babushaan Mohanty starrer film is making Odia cinema proud in Pan-India level. It have been directed by Vishal Mourya and Debi Prasad Lenka.
