Starcast: Directed by Vijay Krishna Acharya, this film stars Amitabh Bachchan, Aamir Khan, Katrina Kaif, Fatima Sana Shaikh and Shashank Arora in pivotal roles. This is the first time Big B and Aamir is sharing the screen space in one movie.

Story: This movie is being based on the famous 19th Century Book, Confessions of a Thug, written by Philip Meadows Taylor. It’s a fictional story, which talks about Ameer Ali, the fictional anti-hero protagonist in the novel. Confessions of a Thug novel became the bestseller in the 19th century in Britain. This book is a story of crime and its retribution in India, which started in the late 18th century and ended in 1832.

Budget: Thugs Of Hindustan is being made with a massive budget of 210 crores (US $33 million).

Release Date: The shooting of Thugs Of Hindostan has started on June 5, 2017, and the film is set to release on November 7, 2018, on Diwali Festival.
