Thunder Force is the latest release super hero film on Netflix which released on April 9, 2021. The screentime of this film is around 1 hour 47 minutes.

The story of this film talks about two childhood girls who want to be a superhero in order to save the world from miscreants (villains who use their superpowers to destroy Chicago City). Well, now these two girls have become grown up ladies Octavia Spencer aka Emily Stanton and Melissa McCarthy aka Lydia. Emily has made a kind of treatment where a common person can have super powers. Well, Lydia accidently get the superpower injection and become a super hero. On the other hand, Emily even had a superpower to become almost invisible. Now, Emily and Lydia has one big task to save the Chicago from the miscreants. Will they able to do that is what this film is all about. Bobby Cannavale aka William Stevens is a politician and also a villain in this film who uses miscreants for his own benefit in politics.
This film also stars Jason Bateman, Pom Klementieff, Melissa Leo, Taylor Mosby, Ben Falcone and many others.
The early reviews of Thunder Force is mixed to negative so far in a range of 1.5 to 2 stars out of 5. This film currently holds 4.3 stars ratings on IMDB.
Bollywood Crazies Opinion: Thunder Force is one those films that neither make you happy or excited. This film is like one of the failed experiment that didn’t succeeded. I have no issues with the casting of such great leading ladies but yes the immature script, lousy direction and slow screenplay spoils the show for me. This film could have been much better in terms of everything. And yes, I tried to laugh but I couldn’t and that is what the problem about this movie. Totally wasted the two talented ladies.
Thunder Force movie has been directed and written by Ben Falcone. The music of this film has been given by Fil Eisler. The cinematography of this film has been given by Barry Peterson and edited by Tia Nolan. This film has been produced under On The Day Productions and Marc Platt Productions.
Thunder Force budget hasn’t been revealed yet but it would be reportedly over USD 20 to 25 million. The VFX is good but the story is a big let down.
Altogether, Thunder Force is one of those films that is good to skip for something better.
Last word: Dull and boring, only watch for Melissa McCarthy.
