Whenever Aamir Khan films have released in neighboring country China, it has always created records. Well, it was only after Dangal, when Indian Bollywood Industry understood a potential Chinese market when Dangal grossed 1254 crores. At the latest, Aamir’s Secret Superstar released today (January 19, 2018) in China.

When Dangal got released, it has created a storm in the Chinese market. The same thing has been repeated again by Aamir’s Secret Superstar. Interestingly, Aamir Khan has only 20 minutes role in this film still audience loved him from the core.

On the first day itself, Secret Superstar has collected $ 7.52 million (48.01 crores). It is three times bigger collection than Aamir’s Dangal in China, which earned $ 2.35 million (15 crores) day 1. It is the biggest ever collection by any Indian film so far in China.

In India, Secret Superstar has collected 83 crores gross collection lifetime, and overseas it has earned 41 crores gross, including Taiwan collection. Now, The worldwide collection is around 172 crores, including the first-day collection of China.

Directed by Advait Chandan, this film stars Zaira Wasim and Meher Vij in key roles. It was released in India on October 19, 2017, during Diwali Festival.

Altogether, China welcomes Secret Superstar aka Mysterious Superstar in a big way.
