John Abraham starring film Satyameva Jayate has completed it’s first big day at the box office. This film has now become the highest grossing Bollywood film of John.

Released in over 2300 screens in India, Gold is made with a budget of around 40 crores. In that sense, Gold is all set to become a box office hit at the box office as it has managed to earn 20.52 crores. It is so far the highest ever earning first day collection for John, as the earlier film was Force 2 with the earning of 5.75 crores. That means, this film has earned tripled collection than John Abraham last big hit on day 1.

John is known in Bollywood for high action films which includes Force and Rocky Handsome. Well, what is unique about this film is the story and it’s strong dialogues written by Milap Zaveri.

Milap is the director of this film who has earlier helmed crap like Mastizaade in 2016. This time, he has come out of closet and given a big film. The police corruption theme has really made this film a worth watchable. Manoj Bajpayee has stole the show from John but the latter also did a great job. Aisha Sharma was the new entrant but has managed to get attention from this film.

Overall, despite a clash with big film like Gold, Satyameva Jayate has managed to earn around 17 crores.
