Race 3 is an upcoming film, starring Salman Khan and Jacqueline Fernandez. It is for the first time, Saif Ali Khan is being left out, who has essayed a lead in Race (2008) and Race 2 (2013). Both the earlier films were superhits and directed by Abbas-Mustan.

Interestingly, this time the director’s chair is being held by Remo D’Souza and the film has a completely new star cast. Salman’s entry will boost the collections in a big way. Whereas, Jacqueline Fernadez has been retained from Race 2. This film will also star Anil Kapoor, Bobby Deol, Daisy Shah, Saqib Saleem and Pooja Hegde in titular roles.
Talking about its story, it is still not revealed by the makers. Well, the main theme will be the same, cars, fights, thrill, revenge and suspense. It is being heard that the action sequences will be done by Hollywood Action director Tom Struthers, to give a big action thrill. Surprisingly, SRK was offered the main lead negative role but he denied to do lack of interest in the character.
The makers have already surprised the audience with the first look at Salman Khan from Race 3. Currently, Salman Khan is shooting for the first song for the Race 3 movie in Mumbai. The shooting of this film started from November 9 and now the second schedule is started. This film will wrap up in another 3-4 months. The budget of this film is still not being disclosed but it will no less than 100 to 120 crores.
It is being heard that Race 3 will face a stiff clash with Fanney Khan, starring Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Anil Kapoor. If that would happen than Race 3 collection will be affected in a long run. Interestingly, the clash is averted or the RACE 3 collections never able to reach 300 crores at all.
Altogether, Race 3 will be full of fun-action-drama. And, it will be another action film for Salman Khan just after Tiger Zinda Hai. It is slated to release on June 15, 2018, where Salman Khan is essaying the role of Sikander.
