‘Pavitra Rishta Its Never Too Late‘ is one of the most popular daily soaps of all time that had a 5 years long run on television from 2009 to 2014. After almost 7 years, Pavitra Rishta has made a comeback for the OTT space on Zee5 and released on September 15, 2021. There are a total of 8 episodes with each consisting a screen time of around 20 to 22 minutes. The total screen time of Pavitra Rishta is around 2 hours 54 minutes.
Story: The story of this series revolves around Ankita Lokhande aka Archana, who is engaged but not happy with her marriage. On the other side, Shaheer Sheikh aka Manav a car mechanic got his eyes on Archana, who works as a Coffee Shop. Later, Manav finds that Archana is engaged and so he stops approaching her, even though he likes her. Meanwhile, Archana’s marriage has been called off and now she starts liking Manav. In the meantime, Manav’s mother surprisingly finds the same girl Archana to marry his son. Though, Manav’s mother lies to Archana’s parents about her son’s job and portrays him as a manager of a car showroom.
We see that, Archana and Manav are now officially married and on the same time, Archana’s mother caught the lie. Later, we see, Archana’s mother calls off this marriage and taken her daughter to the home. Now, Manav is upset due to his mother’s lie as his marriage has been called off. Will, Manav able to win Archana back from his parents is what you need to watch in this story.
The series also stars Usha Nadkarni, Suchita Banderkar, Asheema Vardaan, Pooja Bhamrah, Anant V Joshi and many others.
The early reviews of Pavitra Rishta web series is out now and they are mainly positive. Many missed late Sushant Singh Rajput who played Manav in the televised version of Pavitra Rishta. Many even praised Shaheer and Ankita’s performance and called it masterpiece on Twitter. This series currently holds 3 to 3.5 stars out of 5 stars as per early reports from news media websites.
Bollywood Crazies Opinion: I have seen the glimpses of Pavitra Rishta on Television but i haven’t seen it in a big way ever. That simply means, I don’t know whether original Pavitra Rishta has the same plot like this latest OTT version of Pavitra Rishta. Still, I must admit, I enjoyed the 3 long hours of Pavitra Rishta on Zee5 as the makers have made this show brilliantly. Not to forget the writing, which is a key element of this show and the beautiful performances of Usha Nadkarni, Ankita and Shaheer. Yes, I badly miss Sushant Singh Rajput in Pavitra Rishta on OTT. Whenever, I see a seen of Shaheer as Manav, I feel i am watching Sushant instead of Shaheer. It is a tough call for the makers and even actors to make Pavitra Rishta again without Sushant. Instead of saying anything, I must accept that this Pavitra Rishta on OTT has exceeded my expectations and it is called a perfect tribute to late Sushant Singh Rajput. The direction was good and so thus the overall screenplay. At first, it took time get into the story but as soon as I immersed I loved it watching from start to end. A great emotional romantic tale that has ended with a cliff-hanger. That means, Pavitra Rishta Season 2 is definitely coming on OTT.

The story writing have been done by Nikita Dhond and Niti Vaidya. The editing work have been done by Vikas Sharma and Vishal Sharma. The cinematography work have been handled by Anik Verma.
Pavitra Rishta budget hasn’t been revealed by the makers but it could reportedly be around 7 to 8 crores maximum.
Altogether, Pavitra Rishta is one of the best made web series about love and breakups. Another gem of a show from Zee5 in 2021.
Last Word: Watch it for Shaheer and Ankita and Usha Nadkarni for their brilliant performances. Such kind of love stories are hard to find now a days and that’s why it will connect with you for long time.
