Bollywood Crazies Opinion: The story of this film is interesting as the makers keep us in a puzzle till the very end to know the real identity of Shekhar. As the film has been made in 2004, we can’t judge it with today’s time. Still, this thriller works well for me as it is well made and I don’t feel boring at all. The dialogues are good. The comedy by Rajpal Yadav gives much needed relief in this movie. If we go back 20 years, we find this film as a good watch. Talking about the performances, Ajay gave a decent performance along with Bhumika and her child. The production value is decent. Today’s audience won’t like this movie and they won’t spend a penny on it as it is too old for them. Only, the 80s and 90s born people can relate to such films and watch it in theaters in 2024. The music is just passable. The background music is good as it elevates the movie. The simplicity of movies in those times is what makes this movie a good entertaining watch. The performances could have been much better but it is still decently made film to watch from start to end.

Directed and written by Anees Bazmee, this film has been directed by Anil Roöngta. The editing work has been done by Shirish Kunder. The cinematography has been done by Aseem Bajaj and Johny Lal. The background score has been given by Amar Mohile.

Altogether, Naam is a 20 year old film and today’s audience won’t like this film. Still, a one time watch for Ajay Devgn fans and common public.

Last Word: Watch it for Ajay Devgn and Bhumika Chawla. Also watch it for its thrilling element.

Bollywood Crazies Ratings: Naam Review- 3 stars out of 5 stars.
