Kapil Sharma, who was recently having health related problems, must be elated with the extension of his show. Yes, it is now officially confirmed that The Kapil Sharma Show will last long for another one year.

Talking about this big news, Kapil Sharma said, “I am deeply touched by the warmth and love the audience has showered on us over the years. It’s their belief and undying devotion that encourages us to continue to reinvent ourselves and bring smiles to every household week on week.”

He further added, “I am grateful to Sony Entertainment Channel for believing in me and our show and supporting us in creating and bringing unlimited entertainment to every household every weekend.”

The show had a fallout since the exit of Sunil Grover in March 2017. Since then, Kapil Sharma’s show faces TRP issues as his show was out of Top 10 Highest Rated TRP shows. This has created a serious trouble for him as there were rumors that this show might not see the light of the day. But the good thing is, the channel has a complete faith on The Kapil Sharma Show and that’s why they have given it a one-year extension.

Altogether, The Kapil Sharma Show gets a lifeline for another one year.
