Irrfan Khan starring Hindi Medium is all set to hit the theaters in China on April 4, 2018. At the latest, this film has completed 10 days of advance booking in China, which is above 1 crore.

Hindi Medium was released in India on May 19, 2017. It stars Irrfan Khan, Saba Qamar and Deepak Dobriyal in key roles. This film has passed the Censor Board of China in February and soon it get release license.

Hindi Medium has seen a good growth in admissions, since its advance booking started on March 24, 2018. It has so far collected, $ 0.21 million – 1.36 crores in 10 days in China. It has so far received over 23000 shows, which is better than Salman Khan’s Bajrangi Bhaijaan and Aamir Khan’s Dangal.

On March 31, 2018, paid previews of Hindi Medium was held for Chinese audience. They not only loved this film but also compared it with Dangal, Secret Superstar and Bajrangi Bhaijaan. One of the audience reviewers says that it has a strong realistic story as compare to other Bollywood releases in China. Another reviewer says that Indian and Chinese culture is very similar and this movie story is very relatable.

Hindi Medium will clash with 5 other new releases on April 4. So far, Hindi Medium ranks at third position interms of advance booking for April 4. This is a good sign for a Bollywood film like Hindi Medium, which wasn’t being promoted strongly in the mainland China.

Altogether, Hindi Medium has a strong chances to collect $ 50 million (325 crores gross) lifetime collection in China in one month.
