It is quite surprising that DDLJ has scored well on its limited release on November 2, 2022 in India.
So, PVR, INOX and Cinepolis have collectively released DDLJ to mark SRK’s birthday. 23 thousand people have watched DDLJ movie in theaters on November 2, where this film has collected around 23 lakhs plus. This is a big collections as the film has been re-watched many times on TV and also available on OTT platform. Despite that, the audience have watched this film in big numbers. Also note that, many theaters have housefull board for DDLJ movie.
DDLJ has been written and directed by Aditya Chopra. It has been produced by Yash Raj Films. It stars Shah Rukh Khan, Kajol, Amrish Puri, Farida Jalal, Anupam Kher and many others in key roles. It’s runtime is 3 hours 9 minutes. At that time, DDLJ has won National award for Best Popular film category in Hindi version. It also went on to win 10 Filmfare awards including Best Actor won by SRK.
As per BoxOfficeIndia.com, DDLJ has been made with 4 crores budget and it has collected 86 crores gross lifetime collection in India. Worldwide, DDLJ movie has crossed 103 crores gross collection.
