Rohit Shetty directorial film Cirkus has released this Friday and got negative reviews from critics and audience. Critics went on to say that it is one of the weakest Rohit Shetty entertainer.

Made with a handsome budget of around 100 crores, Cirkus movie reportedly released in 3000 plus screens in India.

Cirkus movie has reportedly collected around 7.50 crores nett in India on day 1. The word of mouth was negative of the collections would have crossed double digits. Well, on day 2, Cirkus has a strong chance to earn around 9 to 11 crores despite negative reviews and word of mouth. As, this is holiday period for children for Christmas and New Year, so the kids will come to the theatres with their family for sure. Such films might not being liked by adults but it will be appreciated by kids for sure. In two days, Cirkus movie will collect in a range of 16.50 to 18.50 crores nett.

There are big chances that, Cirkus will score big in overseas market too due to Holiday period. Cirkus movie stars Ranveer Singh in double roles, Varun Sharma in double roles, Sanjay Mishra, Jacqueline Fernandez, Pooja Hegde, Johnny Lever and many others in key roles.

Altogether, Cirkus movie might be saved to some extent due to Holiday period or it will be completely washout at the box office.
