Salman Khan is back with a remake again after the flop affair of Tubelight, which was a remake of Little Boy. Now, he is not remaking a Hollywood film but a Korean war-drama. Released in 2014, Ode To My Father was a box office hit and Salman Khan will be leading the main role in the Hindi remake.
The star cast of this film is yet to be decided but it is mainly focused on the lead actor Salman Khan. As it is a journey of a small boy who promises to take care of his family in the war zone. This film will showcase the 60 years journey of Bharat. Spoiler Alert, the original version will literally make you cry and Hindi remake will have the same sort of emotions. This movie is set against the backdrop of war, just like Salman’s last film Tubelight.
Bharat movie will be helmed by Ali Abbas Zafar, who has earlier worked with the actor in Sultan and Tiger Zinda Hai. The shooting of this film will start in April 2018 and it is all set to hit the theaters on Eid 2019. The budget is yet to be decided but as it is a war-related drama, the budget will be over 100 crores for sure. This film is being produced by Atul Agnihotri.
Altogether, Bharat is an emotional journey of a man and his life journey.
