Annabelle Sethupathi is one of the most awaited films of 2021 and it has released on Disney Plus Hotstar on September 17, 2021. For the first time, seeing Vijay Sethupathi And Taapsee Pannu together was a treat to the audience.

This is also touted to be the one of the mid budget films of South India in 2021. Many were expecting this film to release in cinema theaters but it opted for a digital release. Even, I have seen this film online on OTT platform and now here I am going to talk about its box office potential, if this film would have released in cinema screens.

Annabelle Sethupathi movie could have easily received 700 to 800 screens in South India. This is a family entertainer film and would have easily captured the attention of family audience in theaters.

In normal scenario (before lockdown) Annabelle Sethupathi could have earned around 8 to 9 crores nett on day 1. This film could have raked around 3 to 4 crores nett in such difficult scenario on day 1 in current times.

In the normal scenario, Annabelle Sethupathi could have earned somewhere around 20 to 22 crores in first weekend. In such current times, this film would have earned somewhere around 9 to 10 crores in three days.

The word of mouth could have played an important role for this film as it is not so positive. So, the collections could have definitely be in the lower side after the first weekend.

In normal scenario, Annabelle Sethupathi could have raked 38 to 40 crores nett lifetime collections despite negative reviews and mixed response. On other side, Annabelle Sethupathi could have earned somewhere around 18 to 20 crores nett Lifetime collections in current scenario.

Annabelle Sethupathi movie budget hasn’t been revealed but it is reportedly around 18 to 20 crores maximum. This movie has been directed by Deepak Sundarrajan. The film also stars Yogi Babu, Jagapathi Babu and many others in key roles.
