Akshay Kumar Upcoming Films Release Date List In 2022

Akshay Kumar has flurry of films which is set to release in 2022. If things are to be believed that Akshay Kumar has expected to release as many as 6 films in 2022. Before starting 2022 year with a bang, Akshay will taste success with his upcoming Diwali release Sooryavanshi, which also features Ranveer Singh and superstar Ajay Devgn.


Here Comes Akshay Kumar upcoming films in 2022:

  1. Prithviraj: After a long time, Akshay Kumar has join hands with YRF after Tashan in 2008. This would be for the first time, he will share the screen space with Manushi Chhillar. It is all set to hit the screens on January 21, 2022. This film is targeting Republic day weekend. It has been directed by Chandra Prakash Dwivedi.
  2. Bachchan Pandey: This film was earlier expected to release on Republic day in 2022 but now it is officially releasing on March 4, 2022. This film features Akshay along with Arshad Warsi, Kriti Sanon and Arshad Warsi. It has been directed by Farhad Samji.

3. Raksha Bandhan: This is the yet another family entertainer film from Akshay Kumar which is officially releasing on Raksha Bandhan festival in India. The good thing about this film’s release date is, on Monday there is Independence day on August 15, followed by Parsi New Year on August 16 and later Dahi Handi. So the full week, there are 3-4 festival which will boost the collections of this film. It will be directed by Aanand L Rai.

4. Ram Setu: This is Akshay Kumar’s another big festive release on Diwali 2022. In next year, Diwali date is on October 24, 2022 but the exact release date is yet not revealed. Ram Setu movie also stars Jacqueline Fernandez and Nushrratt Bharuccha. This film has been directed by Abhishek Sharma.

Apart from that, there are big chances that Atrangi Re, OMG 2 on Mission Cindrella movie are expected to release in 2022 itself.
