Story: The story of this film revolves around Ayushmann Khurrana aka Alok. Once he went to forest with his friends and lost. He met Rashmika Mandanna aka Tadaka who is a Betaal and lives in jungle. Soon, Alok and Tadaka falls in love. Alok brings Tadaka in city which makes his life hell in the town. As Tadaka is kind of vampire and that makes Alok’s life even tougher. On the other hand, Nawazuddin Siddiqui aka Thamma is being trapped in jungle and waiting for one change to destroy the world. What is the connection between Thamma and Tadaka is what this story is all about.

This film also stars Paresh Rawal, Sathyaraj, Faisal Malik and many more.

Bollywood Crazies Opinion: The story of this film is new and interesting. The content is good but the presentation is not up to the mark. The execution is not up to the mark. The director couldn’t able to make this film interesting. The best thing about this film is Paresh Rawal who has some good dialogues. Some dialogues are good but not all. I personally liked the Thamma and Bhediya movie crossover for few minutes. It looks like the director has lost its plot and goes haywire. There is no feelings and no emotions in this movie. The film is completely flat. I am shocked to see how Maddock fails to deliver this time. The production value is just OK but it could have been better. The music of this film is good and the background music is also worth to the story. The screenplay is not up to the mark. The editing work could have been even better. Talking about performances, Ayushmann is ok and I think Nawazuddin is under utilised here.

Directed by Aditya Sarpotdar. It have been produced by Amar Kaushik and Dinesh Vijan. The cinematography has been done by Saurabh Goswami and editing handled by Hemanti Sarkar. The music has been given by Sachin Jigar.

Altogether, Thamma is one time watch film, rest there is nothing to interest you.

Last Word: Watch it only for some comedy scenes. Also watch it for Varun Dhawan’s cameo.

Bollywood Crazies Ratings: Thamma Review 2 Stars.
