Teddy is the latest Tamil film that has officially released on Disney Plus Hotstar on March 12, 2021 at around 12 am. The screentime of this film is around 2 hours 15 minutes. This film also available in Telugu and Malayalam audios with English subtitles.

Teddy movie revolves around the life of Sayyeshaa Saigal aka Srividya who one day went to hospital while saving the life of a man. Instead of treating Sayyeshaa properly, the hospital staff gave an injection and she went to coma. Soon Srividya spirit enters in a Teddy and now she wants to take revenge against the people who made her life worse in the hospital. One day, she find Arya aka Shiva and want him to help her to bring her back to life as Srividya. The question here exist, what did the hospital staff did to her body is what you need to watch in this story.
The early reviews of Teddy movie is out now and they are in a range of 2 to 2.5 stars out of 5. It got 7 stars ratings out of 10 on IMDB.
Teddy movie has been written and directed by Shakti Soundar Rajan. It has been produced by K E Gnanavel Raja. The cinematography has been done by S Yuva and music work handled by D Imman. The editing work has been handled by T Shivanandeesearan.
Bollywood Crazies Opinion: It’s a feel good film that is emotional at some extent. Sayyeshaa can be seen in the first 8-10 minutes but only her voice can be heard as a Teddy in most of the film. Shiva did a decent job as a main hero and he has some good action scenes too. The second half of this film mostly shot in Azerbaijan and that’s where the film takes elevation. The script could have been much tighter as it falls apart some or other way in middle. One of my favourite action scenes is, when the hero fights at the staircase and lift side of a hotel in Azerbaijan, that has been shot very well. Kids will also love this film as the Teddy is the main attraction here. I find the Teddy cute and pleasing at the same time. The story is good but presented in little shoddy way.
The budget of Teddy movie hasn’t been known but it would reportedly be over 14 to 16 crores easily.
Altogether, Teddy movie is decent enough film for a one time watch. It’s story about illegal organ trading has been told aptly still it could have been much better.
Last word: Watch it only for Teddy.
