Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan, who was last seen in Zero movie in 2018, is all set to star in Yash Raj Films upcoming film Pathan. According to Peepingmoon website, SRK is all set to come back in a big way and that too with YRF.

Right from the days of Darr and Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge, SRK gave big hits under YRF banner. This trend was followed by Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi and Jab Tak Hai Jaan. Now, SRK will star in an action entertainer film Pathan that will reportedly be directed by Siddharth Anand. The one who gave big hit like War in 2019 to YRF.

SRK to essay the role of Pathan in this film which also be the title of the film. The shooting locations and release date details are still under wrap. YRF is planning to announce the film officially in September 2020, most probably on Yash Chopra’s birthday on September 27.

SRK who ruled last two decades have seen a major fallout with Dilwale, Happy New Year, Fan, Jab Harry Met Sejal and Zero in the past. Now, he need to recover in Bollywood and what better platform he can get than YRF.

Apart from YRF film, SRK to be also seen in Rajkumar Hirani’s next which will be announced in early 2021.

Altogether, Pathan movie is expected to hit the screens in October 2021. Currently, the makers are scouting for the actress opposite SRK.
