On May 25, self proclaimed critic Kamaal Rashid Khan aka KRK claims that Salman Khan has filed a 250 plus page defamation case against him as he had given negative review of Radhe movie. For the first time, Salman Khan’s legal team has officially issued a clarification stating that Radhe movie review by KRK is not the actual issue, its his constant target on Salman Khan from past several months lead to the defamation case against him.

As per IndiaToday.in report, DSK legal, who is handling Salman Khan’s case against KRK, says in a court today that, “Mr Kamaal R Khan, the Defendant, has put out a series of tweets and
videos alleging that Mr. Salman Khan has sued him for defamation because
the Defendant reviewed the film, Radhe. This is incorrect. The suit has
been filed as the Defendant has been publishing and endorsing
defamatory allegations, including that Mr. Salman Khan is corrupt, that
he and his brand “Being Human” are involved in fraud, manipulation and
money laundering transactions, that he and Salman Khan Films are
dacoits.”
DSK Legal clarifies in the court hearing today against KRK that, he is targeting Salman Khan from past several months to get some attention.
In the court, KRK’s lawyer has confirmed that,”will not put any remarks of defamatory nature against plaintiff on
social media till next date.”
Meanwhile, the court case of Salman Khan Vs KRK have been moved to next hearing for further proceedings in this matter.
Altogether, one thing is pretty clear that Radhe movie review is not the actual matter its KRK’s personal target on Salman Khan in the past few months is the actual reason.
