Salman Khan is all set to return on his favourite EID spot in 2027. Yes, Bhaijaan has decided to release his upcoming South Indian flavoured pan India film on Eid 2027, which is between March 9 to 11, 2027.
On April 22, the Muhurat of Salman’s film happened in Mumbai where the star cast were present along with Nayanthara, Producer Dil Raju and Director Vamshi Paidipally. It is Salman Khan’s first venture with South Industry.
Taking the news on social media, Salman Khan wrote, “Thoda durr ki sochna chahiye, That’s why announced Eid….. Don’t worry iss wali ka bhi bataenge, when the time is right……Patience, thoda sa sabar……Mere Jitna he intezar karna padega, Baherhaal jo apka haal hai wo hi mera bhi haal hai…. haha.”
Vamshi has earlier directed Maharshi (2019), and Varisu (2023) in the past. Not the best director but definitely a good filmmaker for family movies. So, the Muhurat has been done and the shooting to begin soon in Mumbai. This film will be produced by Dil Raju’s banner Sri Venkateswara Creations and it is his 63rd film.
Altogether, Salman Khan officially confirmed that his untitled next will be releasing on Eid 2027. That means, Salman Khan has two films now for the release in less than a year, one is Maatrubhumi touted for 2026 end release and next in first half of 2027. SVC63 is expected to be release in multiple languages Hindi, Tamil and Telugu for sure.
Full casting of SVC63 has not yet completed and it would be interesting to see who joins the cast with Salman Khan.
