This film was expected to release in theaters but due to Covid-19 it got delayed several times and finally made it to Hulu.
The story of this film is like, Ratched webseries fame Sarah Paulson aka Diane Sherman has essayed the role of a cynical mother. It is being noted that she give different kind of pills to her 17-years-old girl Kiera Allen aka Chloe. The girl soon realises that Diane is not her real mother and she want to run and escape from the very house. Will she able to do that is what you need to watch in this film.
This film has been directed by Searching 2018 movie fame Aneesh Chaganty. This film has been produced by Natalie Qasabian and Sev Ohanian. The music of this film is intense and rendered by Torin Borrowdale. The cinematography has been done by Hillary Fyffe Spera. The editing work has been handled by Nick Johnson and Will Merrick.
The reviews of Run movie is out now and it is in a range of 3 to 3.5 stars out of 5. It has received 6.7 star ratings out of 10 on IMDB. It also got 91 percent ratings on Rotten Tomatoes and 66 percent on Metacritic.
The budget of this film hasn’t been revealed yet but it would be reportedly over USD 10 million to 12 million easily.
Altogether, Run movie story is raw and edgy and it talks about the bad side of mother love. A brilliant film by the Aneesh, that is a must watch for film lovers.
