Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani movie first day has officially being completed and now the film heads to day 2, which is a holiday for Muharram and Saturday too. The word of mouth for this film is positive so far which has helped the film to get good momentum since first day evening. The second day is superb and the collection will see a good growth on day 2.

On day 1, Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani has managed to collect around 11.10 crores nett. This film is seeing a jump in terms of occupancy on day 2 with is a good thing. The second day audience occupancy of RURKPK is around 15 to 16 percent for morning show. The average audience occupancy for day 2 will be over 22 percent for sure as per current trend. The word of mouth is generally positive which is also helping the film in this rainy season.

Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani has been released in over 3500 screens plus in India. On day 2, Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani movie can easily seen 30 to 35 percent growth as compare to day 1. In that scenario, RURKPK can easily cross around 14 to 16 crores nett collection on day 2. If this film managed to earn around that much collections, then the final two days collection could be around 25.10 to 27.10 crores nett.

RURKPK movie has also done some good business in overseas market. In North America Circuit (USA And Canada) this film has reportedly earned around USD 500K which means 4.11 crores. The movie also opened well in Australia. The UAE reports are not yet released but the trade says this film has collected around USD 1 million (8.22 crores gross) on day 1 in overseas market.

Directed by Karan Johar, this film features Alia Bhatt, Jaya Bachchan, Shabana Azmi, Dharmendra, Ranveer Singh in titular roles. The buzz of this film is quite low in tier 2 and tier 3 cities despite good word of mouth, so it would be important to see how this film will earn from first Monday onwards.
