Ajay Devgn film Raid has opened slowly at the box office but stormed since the evening shows. It has witnessed one of the lowest openings for Ajay Devgn, but the evening shows are enough to tell that this film may touch 10 crores on day 1.

Raid movie got released in 3400 screens in India and over 300 shows in the overseas market. Raid has opened with 15 percent audience occupancy in the morning shows. The audience occupancy was 25 percent in the afternoon shows. The evening shows witnessed 45 percent audience occupancy. The night shows audience occupancy is still not confirmed but it is very similar to the evening shows.

This movie has received a mixed response from the critics, where big critics gave it 4 stars and the rest gave it 3 stars. Anyways, the audience has loved this film and the mouth publicity has helped this film to get a good crowd from the evening shows.

It is expected that the night shows will be better than the rest of the day and in such a scenario, this film will collect around 9 to 10 crores on day 1. Directed by Raj Kumar Gupta, this film also stars Saurabh Shukla and Ileana D’cruz as Ajay’s wife in this film.

Altogether, it is a good film with a strong story.
