Padman movie has completed the second weekend at the box office in a big way. Due to the slow response of Aiyaary at the box office, Padman has flourished its collections in the second weekend.

Till the first week, Padman has collected 62.87 crores at the box office. On the second Friday, it has collected 2.10 crores, which was followed by 3.15 crores on Saturday. It has earned around 3.78 crores at the box office, which takes the total around 71.90 crores in 10 days.

In the overseas market, Padman has collected over 22 crores. Till now, it has earned more than 100 crores worldwide. Made with an over 20 crores budget, Padman has turned out to be a successful film at the box office.

In this film, Akshay Kumar has essayed the role of Arunachalam Muruganantham, who is the man behind making low-cost sanitary pads in India. It is a very special movie for Akshay Kumar as it deals with a very important subject of women menstrual cycle and sanitary pads.

Helmed by R Balki, this film was co-produced by Twinkle Khanna. This film stars Akshay along with Radhika Apte and Sonam Kapoor in key roles. Apart from them, Amitabh Bachchan has essayed a cameo role in this film.

Altogether, Padman is running strongly at the box office will cross 80 crores lifetime easily.
