Mission Mangal and Batla House, both released on Independence day are doing rock solid collections in the first seven days . At the latest, both the film has entered on the day 8 and it had seen a slightest drop in terms of audience occupancy.

Mission Mangal has collected around 6.75 to 7 crores and takes the total to 121 crores in 7 days, which is a brilliant feat for the actor. This collection is more than the lifetime collections of most of his films. On day 9, Mission Mangal has witnessed a slightest drop of 8 to 10 percent in the morning audience occupancy. In that scenario, Mission Mangal is expected to earn 5.50 crores to 6.50 crores which will take the total to 126 to 127 crores after 8 days.

On the other hand, Batla House is giving a tough fight to John Abraham starrer which released in 2000 plus screens. It has collected 3.75 crores to 4 crores estimates on day 7, which takes the total to 60 crores. On day 8, Batla House has witnessed a 10 to 12 drop in audience occupancy as compare to Day 7. In that scenario, Batla House to earn around 2.30 to 3.50 crores, which takes the total to 63 to 63.50 crores after 8 days.

From here on, both the films will get a hit tag if they don’t get any problems in the second week with new release The Angry Birds 2.
