Maharashtra Cinema Halls To Open From October 22, 2021

Finally, Maharashtra Cinema halls is set to open after a haitus of almost 7 big months. The last time Maharashtra based audience have seen movies in April 2021 and since than the cinema halls were closed due to second wave of coronavirus in India. And finally, a big development has come from none other than Maharashtra.

As per the reports, a government meeting with CMO was held in Mumbai where Rohit Shetty, Jayantilal Gada, and multiplex association were present and discussed about the opening of cinema halls in Maharashtra. So, the thing which comes out now is Maharashtra Government has clearly indicated of opening cinema halls from October 22, 2021 onwards.

This update clearly means that Maharashtra Cinema theaters will release big Hindi and Hollywood films from October 22 which is certainly a Friday. This opening of theaters is just 2 weeks before Diwali and we have high hopes that either Salman Khan’s Antim or Akshay Kumar’s Sooryavanshi will hit the screens.

Well, there is no clarity about the theaters occupancy right now but we could expect it as 50 percent, just like other states. We all know, Maharashtra theaters help 30 percent earning of any Hindi films and this will give big boost to the collections of movies.

Altogether, Maharashtra Cinema halls opening is itself a big news and now people and fans are eagerly waiting to see the announcement of new films from Bollywood industry.
