Fighter movie has officially released in theaters on January 25, 2024. The screentime of this action thriller film is around 2 hours 47 minutes. This film has been rated with UA certificate by Indian Censor Board.
Story: The story features around Srinagar Air Force base and the pilots working there include Hrithik Roshan aka Patty, Deepika Padukone aka Mini, Anil Kapoor aka Rakesh Jaisingh, Karan Singh Grover aka Sartaj, Akshay Oberoi aka Basheer and many others. So, the problem here is, Pakistan militant army is not happy after the assassinations of few of their men in India, which we call it terrorist. This infuriates them and they hire a person Rishabh Sawhney aka Pakistani terrorist Azhar Akhtar who has some dangerous plans for India. The villain Rishabh wants to attack on India’s Airforce Base In Srinagar. What happens next forms the rest of the story.

Bollywood Crazies Opinion: The story of this film is good and it’s execution is also applause worthy. The dialogues are also well versed with the story. The screenplay is good as the director takes time to build up its top characters in the film in the first half. The second half is where the actual action starts. The production value is good and each scene has been shot in real locations. The VFX were good and Air planes action scenes were top notch. I watched the film in 3D and I highly enjoyed it. I think it is a proper action film in India in terms of showing Air Force related story. The background music adds value to this incredible film. The new villain in this film is something refreshing and adds value to this incredible story. I personally don’t liked the song that comes just before the interval. As the scenes were going intense and there were no need for a peppy dancing song that too with background dancers. The second half is full of action scenes that will hook your attention. There is a character who wears burkha in this film but he is a man and didn’t reveal his identity. I liked his character a lot. The air strike action scenes were the highlight in the film and I liked it. The film is good but the problem here is we have seen such films in the past too and so the interest level is less for such films. Another drawback is, Fighter doesn’t emotionally connect with you like Jawan (2023) or Shershaah (2021).

Fighter movie budget hasn’t been revealed yet but it could reportedly being around 148 to 150 crores.
Altogether, Fighter is surely a one time watch movie in theaters with your family.
Last Word: Fighter is a good film but it is not the best we were expecting, still a decent one.The thrill is missing in this movie. Watch it for Hrithik Roshan.
