Dune is the latest Hollywood film which released in India on October 22, 2021. The watch time of this futuristic action adventure film is around 2 hours 35 minutes. This film had released internationally on September 15, 2021. Dune movie also planned to get release on HBO Max on October 21, 2021 itself. This film is being based on 1965 novel Dune by Frank Herbert. The interesting thing here is, legendary director David Lynch also made Dune movie in 1984.
Story: The story of this film revolves around a planet called Arrakis also called as Dune. The people of this planet Arrakis called as Fremen and they have been tortured and looted by outsiders Harkonnen people. These Harkonnen landed on Arrakis and harvested spice as much as possible. One fine day, Harkonnen left the Arrakis planet after the order of the emperor. Well, now the emperor asks the House Atreides clan to take a control of Planet Arrakis. Timothee Chalamet aka Paul is the young son of the king Oscar Isaac aka Duke Leto and queen Rebecca Ferguson aka Lady Jessica. Paul often had a bad dream about the future and he also sees a girl Zendaya aka Chani in the dream. So, Paul had to land on Arrakis and what happens next forms the rest of the story.

Bollywood Crazies Opinion: First of all, Dune movie has been directed by Denis Villeneuve, who has earlier made some great movies like Arrival in 2016 and Blade Runner 2049 in 2017. Dune is a magnum opus made by the director. Every frame and scene are larger than life and it looks good in theaters. I must repeat you again, watch this film especially in IMAX3D for exhilarating experience. I am blown away by the screenplay, cinematography, visual effects and production design. It is the best film of 2021 in terms of canvas and craft. Watching this film in theaters will realize you that why OTT will never able to takeover Cinemas ever. If you miss the start of this film, there are probably chances that you don’t able to understand a thing. So, watch this film with full focus and you will love it. Vladimir Harkonnen character is one of the most horrific one in this film and you don’t want to stay anyway near to him.
