After a long time, a big film from Bollywood is set to release in Cinema theaters whose budget is actually 410 crores. That also means, that Brahmastra is one of the costliest Indian film and it has to work in the first weekend for sure or this would be one of the biggest flops!

Well, the good news here is, Brahmastra crosses 400k plus interest on Bookmyshow and it still it continues. So far, it is being reported that over 7 lakhs tickets have been sold and still figures are increasing which is a good sign for the film. On the other hand, Day 1 advance booking is also bigger than the expected. If we go by the current status, Brahmastra has already collected 13 crores plus as per advance for day 1 and still the booking continues. That simply means, by the time of Friday morning, the advance sales for first day could go up to 15 crores minimum.

Just like Sanju (2018), which collects 34.75 crores on day 1 for Ranbir Kapoor. This film Brahmastra has a chance to break his previous first day collection record. The screens of Brahmastra hasn’t been revealed by the makers already declared in Hyderabad press meet that this film will release in 5000 plus screens in India and 3000 plus screens in overseas. By taking all the factors in to consideration, Brahmastra has a big chance to collect around 32 to 34 crores on day 1. The word of mouth will play a key role here, if it is good than sky is the limit for this movie. Even the worst case scenario, Brahmastra has a strong chance to collection 27 to 28 crores. So, the first day is not a problem for this movie, its the second day and so on where this film has to keep the momentum going.

Directed by Ayan Mukerji, this film features Amitabh Bachchan, Nagarjuna, Alia Bhatt, Ranbir Kapoor, Mouni Roy and others in titular roles.
