SS Rajamouli is not just a name but a man who changed the Indian Film Industry like never before. Magadheera, Eega, Baahubali series and now RRR movie, he seems to be on a roller coaster ride. All of his films are both critically acclaimed and commercial record breaker at the box office. And now we are sure that Rajamouli is working with Telugu Superstar Mahesh Babu after RRR. Lately, we got a big update on his next film with Mahesh Babu.

Jungle adventure films haven’t been explored in India much just like Hollywood industry. There are only few Jungle based movies that are mostly low budget and easily forgetten by masses. In 2020, Kannada director Anup Bhandari has revealed that he is working on an action adventure fantasy film Vikrant Rona, whose backdrop is Forest. In the similar fashion, Mahesh Babu film will be shot completely in Forest but not in India. Yes, SS Rajamouli next directorial film is forest adventure and it will be shot in Africa forest.

This forest based saga film has been currently in the scripting stage by SS Rajamouli’s father KV Vijayendra Prasad, who wrote Baahubali series and Bajrangi Bhaijaan in the past. He himself confirmed to Pinkvilla.com by saying,”It’s too early to talk about it right now, but yes, I am trying to explore the African Forest Adventure space (for Mahesh Babu film). It’s not yet finalized, but I am trying to crack this space at the moment. The timelines of shoot are not fixed as of now, but the film is happening next.”

Meanwhile, Mahesh Babu is working on Sarkaru Vaari Paata and he will work on this next big film only in the second half of 2022.
