Awarapan 2 is the direct sequel of Awarapan (2007) whose advance booking has opened from August 10, 2026. Now, let’s talk about how Awarapan 2 is performing in terms of ticket sales. Emraan Hashmi starrer film is set to release on August 14, 2026.
Made with a reported budget of 30 crores, Awarapan 2 is expected to release in 1800 plus screens across India. Right now, most of the single screens is yet to open its advance booking. Awarapan 2 has sold around 18000 tickets plus by 9 pm till August 11. It has so far collected around 48 lakhs nett and somewhere around 55 lakhs gross.
On Bookmyshow, Awarapan 2 crossed 3.08 lakhs interest rate and the ticket sales is on positive side. The way, Awarapan 2 is selling tickets, it looks a double digit collections on day 1 without a doubt. So far, the word of mouth is low but we hope the positive WOM after release help to get good collections.
Directed by Nitin Kakkar, Awarapan 2 is not a solo release, as it is clashing with Sunny Deol’s Batwara 1947 movie. So far, the performance of Emraan Hashmi film is much better as compare to Batwara 1947. This film also stars Disha Patani, Shabana Azmi, Suvinder Vicky and many others in key roles.
Two more days left for the release of Awarapan 2 and it looks like the sequel will get more attention as compare to other films this Friday.
