Alia Bhatt starrer Gangubai Kathiawadi movie has officially started its advance booking in theaters. Yes, the ticket of this biopic film is available on Bookmyshow for online and even for offline audience. This film will be released in Hindi and Telugu version. Interestingly, this is a good move for the makers to release this film in Telugu version as she is also a part of Telugu film RRR and audience will also watch her in this film as well. Gangubai Kathiawadi has reportedly planned to be released in 3000 plus screens in India.
Gangubai Kathiawadi advance booking has already been opened in Delhi circuit in 60 plus theaters with multiple shows. The early shows of this film will start as early as 9 am and the last show is of 11.15 pm in the night. The ticket price in Delhi is from 150 minimum to over 1000 per ticket. The tickets of this film is getting sold in quick succession in Delhi and the response is much better than other circuits.
In Mumbai, almost 34 theaters have started advance booking of this film but the response for the ticket sale is not yet promising. The early shows of this film will start at around 9 am in the city. Most of the theaters in Mumbai are yet to open this film. Only limited shows of this film has started in Pune city.
Gangubai Kathiawadi has got over 28 plus theaters in Kolkata as well but the booking rate of tickets is still on a lower side as compare to Delhi. Surprisingly, Gangubai Kathiawadi Hindi version shows in Hyderabad is on fire, where almost 25 percent tickets of this movie has been sold in a quick time for day one in 15 plus theaters. Even, Telugu version has also started of this film in Hyderabad in two theaters but the response is not good. Even, 14 theaters have allotted Alia Bhatt film in Chennai and the response is decent here. Here in Chennai, Valimai movie will give tough fight to Alia’s film.
Even in north circuits like, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Surat, Chandigarh and others have opened Gangubai Kathiawadi shows in India.
Altogether, Gangubai Kathiawadi is the first big film of 2022 from Bollywood and let’s hope it does the magic at the box office. Directed by Sanjay Leela Bhasali, this film also features Ajay Devgn, Vijay Raaz, Huma Qureshi and many others in key roles.
