War 2 is the latest Hindi film which has completed 7 days at the box office. The film so far failed at the box office but still managed to cross 200 Cr nett plus in India. Now, let’s talk about how this film will perform on day 8, which is also a Thursday. That means, War 2 will complete first week today.
War 2 has earned around 130 crores nett in Hindi in first weekend. It has collected 7.50 crores on Monday, another 8.50 crores nett on Tuesday and around 6 crores on Wednesday. That reportedly means that, War 2 has collected 146 crores nett in Hindi and almost around 60 crores nett in Telugu versions. It has so far earned 206 crores nett Pan-India level.
Here, we are focusing on Hindi version on Day 8, where the occupancy is much lower than expected. The morning show audience occupancy is reportedly around 2-3 percent which is negligible. War 2 is selling somewhere around 3k plus tickets between 11 to 12 pm.
By looking at the current situation of War 2 on Day 8, it has only a chance to collect around 5 to 6 crore nett maximum in Hindi version. If that happens, War 2 Hindi version will be around 157 to 158 crores nett.
Made with a humongous budget of 400 Crores, War 2 seems to be the biggest failure of YRF in a decade.
