War 2 has completed its four days long weekend and now it has entered Monday Day 5. Monday test is crucial for all the movies as it is the day where the real potential of a film gets known. Well, we all know that War 2 failed so far and it will be much worse from today onwards.
Hrithik Roshan starrer film has collected 29 crores on day 1, another 45 crores on day 2 and again 26 crores on day 3. It reportedly collected 23 crores on day 4, which pulls the War 2 Hindi version collections around 123 crores nett.
On Day 5, War 2 movie is selling 6k tickets only from 11 to 12 pm, that is low. On the other hand, ticket price has been dropped from blockbuster rate to popular rates, still hardly audience coming to theaters. The morning show audience occupancy of day 5 is somewhere around 6 percent. This film was released in 5200 screens in India.
On Day 5, War 2 movie expected to earn around 8 to 10 crores nett in Hindi version. That means, the total will be somewhere around 131 to 133 crores nett in Hindi.
So far, War 2 has raked 164 crores nett including Telugu version and Pan India. That means, Telugu version is not performing well after first day due to negative word of mouth.
Made with mammoth budget of 400 crores, War 2 will fail in collections by a big margin and will be termed as a flop in longer run. The story of the film is the biggest culprit here and it is simply the end of War for YRF.
