The story mainly focuses on India Vs Pakistan partition which led to direct action day in Bengal in 1946. This film also focuses on the current issues of West Bengal in 2025. There is lot of bloodshed and gory sequences in this film and it is not for the light hearted. This film talks about the problems India faces from 1940s till 2025 with West Bengal angle. The dialogues are great and applaud worthy. The cinematography is superb and blends well with the story. The editing is good but the film could have been easily cut short 15 to 20 minutes. The background music is also nicely blended with the scenes. Talking about the performances, everyone is good but I feel Simrat Kaur is the highlight here with her great act. The production value is good, especially when the director created the 1940s Bengal. This film mainly focuses on community riots and how thousand of people lost their lives. As a film, it is brilliantly made and eye opener for Indian people for awareness.
