Shirish Triveni’s directorial film Tumhari Sulu has completed 4 days at the box office. It has started slow on the first day but the second day and the third day earning was brilliant. Now, the first Monday is also over for this film and the collection has dropped over 60 percent as compared to Sunday.

Made with a budget of 17 crores, Tumhari Sulu got released in over 1000 screens. It has earned 2.87 crores on the first day itself. The second day earning was 4.61 crores. The third day earning was even better, as it has collected 5.39 crores. The first Monday has seen a big drop in the collection, as it has just earned 1.84 crores, which makes the film total to 14.71 crores.

By looking at the collections figure, it is clear that this film will recover its budget cost in just 1 week. So, the second week will be a profitable run for this female centric film. This film talks about the story of a housewife Sulu (Vidya Balan) who loves to do all sorts of jobs. One day, she lands up with a Radio Jockey job and her life changes in a big way. The supporting cast in this film are Neha Dhupia and Manav Kaul in key roles.

Altogether, Tumhari Sulu collections are getting low in the weekdays.
