Bollywood actor Ajay Devgn’s upcoming film Taanaji: The Unsung Warrior Shooting has been started on September 25, 2018. It is a magnum opus action film which will be directed by Om Raut, who is debuting in Bollywood with this movie.

Few weeks before, the makers have roped South actor Jagapati Babu. Talking about the director, he has won Filmfare best debut director award for Marathi film Lokmanya: Ek Yug Purush. He has also produced movies like City Of Gold and Haunted – 3D.

As per the early reports, the makers have created many larger then life sets in different studios. As, Ajay Devgn is very serious for this periodic drama. It would be a mega budget film and that means the budget will be over 100 Crores for sure.

Meanwhile, the shooting will begin today with the supporting cast and Ajay will join the shoot from Mid-October.

Lately, a new photo of Director Om Raut with Ajay Devgn is doing rounds on Social media, which simply means that the film has started from today. The makers have lately revealed the Muhurat picture.

The makers are planning to release Taanaji: The Unsung Warrior at the end of 2019, most probably during Diwali or around Christmas.
