Supreme Court Rejects Plea Seeking CBI Enquiry In Sushant Singh Rajput’s Case

A lot has been going around in Sushant Singh Rajput’s case since he committed suicide on June 14, 2020. Lately, Supreme Court Of India has rejected a plea seeking CBI enquiry in Sushant’s case.

Since over a month, Sushant fans demanded CBI enquiry in this case on social media. Sushant fans even backlashing Bollywood bigwigs who didn’t gave film offers to the KaiPoChe actor.

A petitioner Alka Priya had earlier filed a PIL in Supreme Court, to which SC judge SA Bobde says let Police do their job first. The bench said, “We are not on whether the person was good or bad. The matter is being investigated by Mumbai
Police. We are dismissing it. ”

Few days back, Sushant’s father Krishna Kumar Singh filed an FIR in Bihar against Rhea Chakraborty and her family.

KK Singh FIR report stated,” At one point of time, my son decided to give up films, settle down in Coorg and pursue farming. He was blackmailed by
Chakraborty who threatened him that she would make his medical history
public and let the world know that he was mentally unstable, putting his
career in jeopardy.”

Altogether, now Mumbai Police and Bihar Police is investing Sushant Singh Rajput matter in detail.
