Aamir Khan and Zaira Wasim starring Secret Superstar have completed the first day at the box office. Released on October 19, Secret Superstar is a story of a 15-year-old-girl who aspires to be a singer.

Directed and written by Advait Chandan, this film is being produced by Aamir Khan under his banner Aamir Khan Productions. This movie has received tremendous critical acclaim from the Bollywood critics and celebrities. This is the second film of Zaira Wasim, who has also worked with Aamir Khan in Dangal movie.

Secret Superstar is being made with a budget of 40 crores and got released in over 1750 screens in India. In overseas, Secret Superstar got 1090 screens. Overall, the worldwide screen count is 2840. The first-day audience occupancy report of Secret Superstar was 30 to 35 percent and it has collected just 4.80 crores.

Now, Secret Superstar is clashing with Ajay Devgn’s Golmaal Again at the box office. In such a scenario, it is difficult for a small film like Secret Superstar to earn big money at the box office. Though, Secret Superstar word of a mouth publicity is really strong and that might boost up the collections in the days to come.

Altogether, Secret Superstar is a beautiful film about a girl and his troublesome family.
