Earlier, Karnataka Film Chamber of Commerce (KFCC) were against the release of Kaala over Rajinikanth’s statement of Cauvery dispute, where he demands the release of water to Tamilnadu as per SC directions. KFCC President Sa Ra Govindu on May 30 issued a press statement that this film will not be distributed or screened.
