Padmaavat Collection Estimates And Final Audience Occupancy Day 5

Padmaavat movie has completed 5 days at the box office and finally, the collections are slowing down. We all know that Monday is the litmus test for all the Bollywood movies, only a few survive in this test. Luckily, Padmaavat has done a strong business in spite of Monday and the collections will be around 13 to 14 crores.

The morning audience occupancy of the fifth day was 30 percent. The afternoon audience occupancy was 40 percent. The evening shows audience occupancy was around 60 percent. The night shows audience occupancy is yet to be confirmed. Well, it looks like the whole day average audience occupancy will be around 45 percent. If we compare this occupancy with the first day then there is certainly a 25 percent drop in terms of the occupancy.

If we talk about the final total after 5 days, it will be around 127 to 128 crores. This means Padmaavat has all the chances to cross 150 crores in the first week itself. In the overseas market, Padmaavat has collected $12.5 million (79.59 crores) in the first weekend, which is a record collection. In terms of first weekend overseas collection, it has shattered the first weekend records of Dhoom 3 – $10.3 million (65.58 crores), Sultan – $9.3 million (59.21 crores), Dilwale – $8.9 million (56.67 crores) and Dangal – $8.65 million (55.06 crores).

Altogether, Padmaavat is doing amazing collections both in India and overseas. Hope, Padmaavat stays strong in the weekdays.
