Anees Bazmee’s Mubarakan is getting rave response from the audience due to positive word of a mouth publicity. The day 1 collection was below than the expectation but the second-day collection is better received.

On the first day, it was able to earn only 5.25 crores, which is quite low in terms of screen count, which was 2350. Well, it was evident that audience will like this movie and many will follow their footsteps on the second day to the cinema halls. The second day was a favorable one where Mubarakan has witnessed a 40 percent growth from the first day. It has collected 7. 38 crores on the second day, which makes the final total to 12.63 crores.

Arjun Kapoor, who has earlier disappointed with the double role in Aurangzeb, has this time stole the show. His dual characters of Karan and Charan has made us laugh throughout the film. The film also has a special cameo of Sanjay Kapoor, who is the brother of Anil Kapoor. In the film, Anil essayed the role of Kartar Singh, who is the funniest guy in the film.

The film has many memorable performances, that we couldn’t ignore. The performances of Ratna Pathak and Pawan Malhotra was praiseworthy. The best thing about this entertainment flick is, it is a family movie and that is the USP of this comedy film.

Directed by Anees Bazmee, the film also stars Ileana D’Cruz and Athiya Shetty in key roles. The film is a laughter ride and I recommend this film to all the movie aficionados who love comedy genre.

Altogether, the Mubarakan collection will certainly escalate on the Day 3.
