Sridevi starring revenge-drama has completed 6 days at the Box Office and the movie is still going strong. Made on a decent budget, the movie has able to connect the audience in a big way.

No one had a thought that Sridevi’s Mom will be such a good movie in terms of story and performances. But, film critics have lauded the effort of Ravi Udyawar, who has debuted in Bollywood with such a great piece of cinema. In spite of being from an advertising background, Ravi is good enough to create an art out of visuals.

Right from the story to its characters and music, everything has being appraised by the critics. Audience was shocked to see the movie as it is dark and edgy. It is a proper revenge drama and the film talks about the big issues of today’s generation.

Talking about Mom film collection, it has collected 2.20 crores on the day 6 and makes the total to 21.40 crores. This simly means that first Thurday total will touch 24 crores. There are chances that Mom film might cross 40 crores in a lifetime total. And if that will happen, than it will break records of Naam Shabana and Phillauri, who end their lifetime run below 40 crores.

The film was released over 1300 screens in India and has collected decent money from overseas too. Mom film has able to collect 2.22 crores in USA alone in just 5 days.

Directed by Ravi Udyawar, the movie also stars Akshaye Khanna, Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Sajal Ali in key roles. The movie was released on July 7, 2017.

Altogether, Mom film has won audience heart and it is all set to break several records at the Box Office.
